This pack of three cards includes a card about panic attaches, and 2 cards with different breathing/relaxation exercises on.
The three cards are:
- A card reading “I am having a panic attack. It isn’t dangerous even though it feels awful. It will pass. Breathing slowly and steadily helps. See the back of this card for more helpful things.” – the back of the card has a white sticker that can be written on with anything that helps you, and an additional clear sticker is supplied to cover the white one once it has been completed.
- A keyring card showing ‘Ocean Wave Breathing’ mindfulness/relaxation technique, with a simple explanation on the reverse.
- A keyring card showing a technique for coping with anxious thoughts.
(Please note that different techniques work for different people. These cards may not suit everyone who experiences panic attacks.)
Laminated, 110x80mm cards, with a hole punched in the top left hand corner to allow attachment to keyring.
